What to expect?

You will float together in a couples float pod filled with skin-temperature water and magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt). The saltwater makes your body buoyant, providing a zero-gravity type effect where you can float effortlessly.

Prepare for your couple’s salt float with our FAQs on floating for the first time. Note that a couples float session differs from a single float therapy session in that you will be aware that someone is floating beside you. The pure silence in the couple's sensory deprivation tank provides an intimate experience where you hear nothing but your partner’s breathing.
